After the products are shipped, they will reach you within 7 working days as a legal process. During this time, all responsibility belongs to the cargo company.

Simply return any undamaged product, complete with packaging and accessories, within 14 days of purchase, by presenting the original invoice (or gift exchange card); we'll replace the item or offer a refund with the same payment method you used to purchase. However, please consider:

(i) Products may only be returned in the country of purchase; and

(ii) the following products are not accepted for return:
